Have you ever heard food named Gado-Gado?
Gado gado is a popular traditional dish in Indonesian cuisine, it is a Mega Salad. In Bahasa Indonesia, the word gado-gado means potpourri or medley. That’s a fitting description of this dish, a mixed-vegetable salad (carrot, cucumber, spinach, tofu, tempe, eggs) and crackers with a nutty dressing that is served in various incarnations all over Indonesia.
